Principal /Founder

Gabriel Paul Perry is a licensed Commercial Realtor and Sr. Advisor at Equity Partners Real Estate in the Tampa Bay Gulf Coast Area. He specializes in the acquisition, operation and disposition of multifamily assets for clients from around the world investing nationwide.


He attended Allied Business School for real estate in CA with designations in short sales and contract writing. After he obtained his Florida Real Estate License, he and his family relocated to Palm Harbor, FL, where he attended the Tampa School of Real Estate. He worked as a residential appraisal apprentice at Young & Associates Appraisal Co. for three years, from 2006-2008. In order to help our military service members and veterans, he earned his certification as a Military Relocation Professional.


Mr. Perry's experience with markets and property values nationwide makes him a great wealth of knowledge when it comes to negotiating real estate transactions, AUM, and offerings. He has acquired many businesses, as well as consulted, mentored and operated which repositioned them and sold for the highest market value in the right cycle.

Principal

Paul Maloney is a licensed realtor and experienced investor. Paul owns and operates two privately held real estate investment companies. His companies have closed over $100M in real estate transactions yearly over the past 5 years of operation. He specializes in acquiring and operating real estate assets for his clients.

The start of his diverse background includes attending the world’s most prestigious culinary school, followed by working in investment banking in New York City. He leveraged his hospitality and finance experience to start a residential real estate company operating in Beverly Hills. It specialized in new construction opportunities and value-added property acquisitions. After 5 years of working in California, he now focuses full time as a partner of Ascension Key Acquisitions. He has relocated back to the East Coast to service his clients and grow new business portfolios of commercial, large-scale, passive income-producing properties.

Director of Asset Construction

Kenny Ouellette is our Property Asset Maintenance Manager for Ascension Key Acquisitions LLC's construction services. His focus is on all aspects of the capital improvement construction & renovation projects for the multifamily trade deals, while also being a liaison between investors and the AKA founders. Growing up around construction, Kenny was always passionate about improving properties and increasing their value. He has over 15+ years of experience in the industry with a focus on multifamily and commercial property capital improvements & renovations. Kenny is also the founder and CEO of The Ouellette Group. The Ouellette Group’s main focus is servicing commercial clients for their property maintenance & capital improvement needs.

Kenny attended college in Northern Maine for business and finance. He then moved to Florida to obtain a degree in mechanics. After obtaining his degree in mechanics he was offered a Project Management position for a General Contractor in which he oversaw all aspects of multi-million dollar capital improvement projects for multi-family dwellings. He exceeded their expectations and helped them acquire accelerated returns by restructuring operating and budgeting costs. Kenny quickly saw the need for skilled subcontractors and with the combination of guaranteed work & his experience with attention to detail, he opened The Ouellette Group. Their main focus is to provide high-quality service to his investors & property owners for their capital improvements. Always staying ahead of the competition, and strategically forward-planning for future growth, he partnered with Ascension Key Acquisitions in 2020 to oversee all of their construction service needs. Kenny helps maintain and increase the integrity of the investment by focusing on maintaining the asset and finding cost-efficient ways to improve the property. His work consistently adds value and restores properties to their maximized potential.
