How is Ascension Key Acquisitions LLC different from other companies?

We are NOT a crowdfunding technology platform and we are NOT a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). We are a real estate investment company focused on buying commercial cash flowing properties in emerging and stable markets. We then partner with institutional investors who get all the benefits of investing in real properties. Our investors receive these benefits as our partners for each individual property, including cash flow, leverage, refinancing opportunities, and appreciation. This allows more of your money to work for you.

What am I investing in?

When you invest with Ascension Key Acquisitions LLC you become an actual partner in the real estate. This entitles you to all the advantages of owning a real piece of the asset. Some of these benefits include cash flow, tax benefits, and appreciation, without the responsibility of managing the property. Our choices of investments are small to large multifamily complexes in cities where we see job growth and positive migration dynamics.

How does Ascension Key Acquisition LLC work?

Mr. Perry & his team access the multifamily market to purchase or contract to purchase properties and then offer investors an opportunity to partner with us in the deals. We collect your funds into our corporate account, which are placed for the asset. Operations then distribute (after debt service) excess cash flow to our investors quarterly. Investors continue to receive this money regularly until the property is sold, at which time all invested capital is returned to investors and remaining profits are distributed.

What are the expected returns?

While we can’t guarantee a return, Mr. Perry and his team select properties they have meticulously researched and analyzed to provide an opportunity to deliver a great percent annualized return to investors, net of expenses, and fees.
